We provide free shipping within Kerala. ₹50 shipping fee for other states in India.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free within Kerala. A ₹50 fee applies for delivery to other Indian states.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 days after placing the order. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons, sales, or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

4. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping: 10–12 working days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or natural causes.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your order. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to factors such as:

  • Carrier-related issues (e.g., weather delays, strikes)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are determined by the destination country’s customs office. Navrutha is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

8. Shipping Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Navrutha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the delivery partner directly or get in touch with us, and we will do our best to assist you.

10. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Kindly provide an unboxing video and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
