Are all sarees ready to ship?
Most of our sarees are in stock and ready to ship. If any saree is made-to-order, the product page will mention the processing time.

What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please try again or contact your bank. You can also reach us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll help you complete your order.
Order & Retunrs
Can I return a product if I don’t like the color or design?
No, returns are only accepted for damaged products. Please review color and quantity carefully before placing your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Send us your Order ID, clear photos of the damage, and an uninterrupted unboxing video to navrutha@gmail.com.
Do I need an unboxing video for returns?
Yes, a continuous unboxing video from package opening to product display is mandatory for return eligibility.
Can I return a product after using it?
No. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for return.
How will I know if my return request is approved?
Once we review your photos and video, our team will confirm via email whether the return has been approved and share the next steps.
