Shipping is free within Kerala. A ₹50 fee applies for delivery to other Indian states.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Kindly provide an unboxing video and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in line with our Return and Refund Policy.

Return Policy – Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, especially the color and quantity, before confirming your purchase.

Conditions:

1. You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
2. An uninterrupted unboxing video (from package opening to product display) is mandatory for return eligibility
3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
